Stephanie Margolis

Stephanie Margolis comes to the Alliance with a wealth of knowledge and experience working within the energy efficiency field both nationally and in New York City. A city planner by trade, her forward-looking and holistic approach helps cities, clients, and individuals better adapt to and mitigate changing environments and economies. She has supported utilities, building owners and tenants, city agencies, and many other stakeholders to lead the real estate industry to a low-carbon future. In her prior roles at HR&A Advisors and ICF International, she developed strong leadership and management skills, crafted compelling narratives to generate broad support for projects, and proved the value proposition of energy retrofits.
