Working Smarter Not Harder: The Power of Teamwork in Multifamily PH Projects

A recording of this session is available here: https://youtu.be/z84eBkyRNeo

With Passive House (PH) certification becoming typical, or code-required, throughout the Northeast, ensuring smart and efficient project team collaboration is critical to success. This session will showcase five experts in PH certification, interconnecting multiple perspectives on the PH process, requirements, and goals from an owner/developer, architect, MEP engineer, general contractor, and sustainability consultant. Each panelist will discuss their unique PH role and their relationship with the other team members. Discussions will include lessons learned to increase productivity and reduce duplicative work, as well as templates and collaborative tools for attendees to use on their own Passive House projects.
