Anti-Racism In Action

Join us for a facilitated conversation around the topic of structural racism in the construction industry, using a format that NESEA's Anti Racist Action Group (ARAG) follows in its meetings. Led by experienced members of ARAG, as a group we’ll start by practicing listening skills, and then explore a media prompt with some time for reflection in small groups. Join us as we share our experiences with this cooperatively led, peer-facilitated format, and show you how it could work in your companies and communities.
