Melissa is an organizational development consultant and coach – focused on transformative (human) systems change and collective leadership. She works closely with the growing population of conscious leaders who are proactively transforming business into a force for good.

She founded The Leaders Co-Lab in 2014 to grow collective leadership and corporate capacity for the “soft side” of transformative systems change in North America.

Before founding The Leaders Co-Lab, Melissa held innovation leadership, and entrepreneurial roles at Schneider Electric, IBM, and Andersen Consulting. Her 28 years of corporate experience include various roles in information systems consulting, project management, change management, consultative solution sales, solutions sales management, professional coaching, and leadership development.
