A former intrapreneur and executive at IBM, Andersen Consulting, and Schneider Electric, Melissa has spent over three decades at the intersection of innovation, systems thinking, and leadership development. She has shaped multi-sector initiatives in smart cities, green buildings, and cross-functional culture change — and knows firsthand how organizational silos, incentive structures, and leadership misalignment quietly sabotage even the boldest goals.
Today, Melissa partners with leaders and teams to move beyond performative sustainability toward deep alignment, shared ownership, and regenerative impact. Her work integrates strategic clarity with inner development — helping clients build the resilience, awareness, and relational strength required to lead lasting change under pressure.
