Before coming to the Greater Boston area in 2015, Tom worked extensively in the NYC market implementing ventilation retrofits and as a Senior Energy Analyst conducting ARRA building performance project audits throughout Upstate New York.
Tom was a charter member of NYSERDA’s Green Jobs Green New York Advisory Council and former vice-chair of the BPI Multi-Family Standards Technical Committee.
