Previously, Michael served as a Project Manager at NYSERDA, where he supported the Buildings of Excellence Competition, advancing incentives and awards for exemplary low-carbon multifamily buildings across New York State. His work focused on construction cost analysis and post-occupancy energy data validation, providing insights that continue to inform future high-performance building programs and policies.
