Peter Hoffman

Peter Hoffman is the Director of Sustainability, Energy, and Environmental Programs for DASNY. In this role he has developed new tools, techniques, and processes to streamline the process of helping DASNY’s customer agencies in their pursuit of sustainability related goals with a focus on adding value and minimizing costs.

Peter has over a decade of experience in energy efficiency through NYSERDA and National Grid, managing energy efficiency programs for a variety of sectors and technologies. He served as Co-chair of the Technical Resource Manual Committee tasked with determining appropriate methods for calculating energy savings in New York State.

Peter ties a diverse experience in firefighting, physics, energy efficiency, and evaluation to provide sustainable solutions in a changing climate.
