Yangchen Dolma helps lead technical assistance, program design, and policy support to advance the decarbonization of affordable multifamily housing. She works in partnership with building owners, utilities, and community organizations to guide projects from initial assessment through implementation, ensuring energy upgrades deliver lasting environmental and equity benefits. Her work spans key initiatives including the Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program, the Future Housing Initiative, the Climate Friendly Homes Fund, and previously, the NYC Accelerator. Passionate about centering community voices, Yangchen focuses on creating practical, replicable solutions that foster resilient, just, and sustainable housing for marginalized communities.
