Sustainable Energy Analytics is a service company centered on energy efficiency and resiliency in the residential new construction sector. Our current product set includes HERS Ratings, LEED Certifications, Phius Certifications and testing, energy code compliance/verification, Mass Save incentive program support, various energy, air, and resiliency certifications, building science consulting, HVAC equipment & building envelope testing, and premium energy audits. We offer our services primarily in eastern Massachusetts, with occasional projects in the New England region.

Taitem Engineering
Taitem Engineering undertakes consulting services in the areas of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering, commissioning, LEED, energy modeling, sustainability consulting, energy studies, and energy research. The company earned the national R&D 100 award for its work in developing TREAT energy modeling software. In 2006, Taitem Engineering led the technical effort to develop the EnergyStar rating system for new high-performance multifamily buildings, in conjunction with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. Taitem also provides technical training in energy code compliance, energy project construction management, and conducting energy audits.
TE2 Engineering
TE2 grew out of an unfilled need to design “high-performance” HVAC systems that were Comfortable, Quiet, and promoted healthy Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Established in 2010, the company has grown to provide a list of engineering services such as building/energy analysis, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) design, and renewable energy design. The Green Engineer, Inc.
The Green Engineer is a design consulting firm specializing in energy efficient and sustainable design solutions for the built environment. Founded in 2005 by Chris Schaffner, PE, LEED Fellow, the firm has a technical staff of twenty LEED-Accredited Professionals. The expert team brings to the table experience and perspective from a variety of backgrounds, including engineering, architecture, construction, planning, development, and public policy.
