Then big money, publicly traded, west coast companies saw the solar gold rush was in Massachusetts and invaded accordingly. Massive growth occurred at the expense of the professionalism of the industry, and too often the customer.

Provide homeowners with the knowledge needed to make an informed decision about solar. In doing this, we know that we will have the greatest impact on our local and global world. About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated, professionals to join our team. Representatives are at the forefront of lead acquisition. In this position, you will participate in the sales process by generating leads and soliciting qualified homes for solar. This is an entry-level position that allows for career growth and personal growth as you hone your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation to homeowners.
  • This successful candidate will have excellent people skills and be able to demonstrate the value of meeting with one of our sales representatives.
  • Problem-solving orientation, highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest.
  • Incredible level of reliability and independence.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of competitors.
  • Achieve lead gen targets and conversion rates.
  • Represent our brand with the utmost integrity.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude.
  • The ability to persevere in the face of rejection on a daily basis in order to reach a higher goal.
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Ability to plan logically and work your plan.
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual abilities is a plus.
  • Must have clean pre-employment background check.
