Position Summary

The full-time Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for producing work schedules for projects, creating specifications and assembling/submitting project deliverables promptly for residential and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge base of architectural materials, products, construction procedures and methodologies. This position will be located in our Walpole, NH facility and will report to the Project Resources Team Leader.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Gain knowledge of client expectations and Bensonwood standard offerings with ability to merge the two creating detailed specifications for the project
  • Internal and external communication related to specifications, schedule, pricing, and building authority requirements
  • Create preliminary and final project specifications, finish and fixture schedules
  • Be aware of the products on the market, assist in maintaining and developing electronic library and physical samples, displays, and other information for designers and architects to use
  • Create and update schedules for contract deliverables, keeping the team and client aware of any changes
  • Resolve schedule conflicts of the individual team members to maintain progress and meet dated milestones
  • Excellent internal and external customer service through communication and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or other construction related field
  • Experience in 2D and 3D CAD/BIM (CADwork® /Revit preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience in building science, residential and commercial construction, and design
  • Experience in technical writing within construction field with a focus on contracts or related experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
