We specialize in building energy efficient net zero homes; Passivhaus, Deep Energy Retrofits of existing structures, and high-performance historical restoration. Our projects include a mix of high-end and affordable homes, and thus require a strong attention to both detail and cost-effectiveness.

    Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years construction project management experience. In addition, applicants must have superb communication skills, have reliable transportation, and be motivated to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, excellent leadership skills, and a can-do attitude. Expect to handle multiple projects at once. Previous experience in high performance construction is preferred, Alternatively, we require a willingness to learn and a strong ability to process information quickly and accurately.

Our projects are primarily in the Hampshire and Franklin counties, but we are beginning to work in Berkshire county as well. Whenever possible, we have our workers on sites that are closest to their homes.

    You will work closely with the Job Foreman by overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. You will coordinate the project overall, and be responsible for communications to homeowners, company personnel and project trades & professionals throughout the project.
