If you have construction field experience, love to plan, schedule and manage multiple projects and crews, are an organizing machine and a building science nerd, we have a position for you.  Jack Miller Contractors, Inc is a full-service building and remodeling general contractor serving the high-performance residential and light commercial construction market in Berkshire County, MA, Bennington County, VT and Eastern Capital District, NY.  We are seeking an experienced production manager, to begin as soon as possible.

The Production Manager has overall responsibility for production of all projects from contract through completion. Expected production volume is $3-4M annually, with 5-6 active projects at any point in time. Specific emphases include leadership and development of the carpentry staff, company-wide and project-specific planning and scheduling, project-specific financial management, and production systems development.  These responsibilities may be delegated or coordinated with Lead Carpenters or exercised directly. The Production Manager reports directly to the owner of the company and is a member of the executive leadership team.
