Bensonwood, a design-build company, located in Walpole, NH, seeks an energetic full-time associate to join the Virtual Fabrication Team.

Position Summary and Primary Responsibilities

The full-time Virtual Fabrication candidate will be responsible for the creation of complete construction models and comprehensive sets of construction documents that will be used by our in-house shops and site crews. The role is based in our Walpole, NH facility with some travel to our Keene, NH facility.

Primary responsibilities

• Managing projects through the virtual fabrication processes while suggesting solutions to complex construction and fabrication issues
• Scheduling and prioritizing the workload queue
• Liaising with all other department Team Leaders and senior management
• Personnel management and training

Ideal candidate will have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree related to residential construction preferred, however we will consider similar related experience equivalent to 5 years
• Experience in 3D CAD/BIM required (CADwork® preferred)
• Knowledge and experience in construction and design
