Michael Berry. A Senior Manager for ICF, applies his knowledge of investor-owned public utility, federal and state funded energy efficiency programs. He provides guidance and oversight on the national energy efficiency environment. Mr. Berry has worked in the energy conservation and building industry for over 20 years; he holds an Construction Supervisors License and has managed programs that served the single and multi-family housing market such as MA Residential New Construction Program on behalf of Mass Save, the DOE Region 1 Weatherization Programs, the DHCD, HUD, BPDA and the DOER Mr. Berry presents technical trainings on energy efficient construction, energy efficient programs and Energy Codes across the state and Nationally. In 2009 Mr. Berry was named one of the “Top 30 under 40” by the NAHB. Mr. Berry studied Business Management at Bridgewater State University and is taking course work towards a certificate in Sustainable Management Systems at Harvard University.
