Todd has over 17 years of technical experience working on building enclosures and façade systems. This includes the management and oversight of large scale commercial cladding installations, working as the product and technical manager for Trespa North America, and, most recently, working as a Technical Consultant for Cosella-Dorken, a global leader in the supply and manufacture of high performance membranes for air and moisture management in commercial and residential buildings. Todd is a certified passive house consultant (CPHC via the Passive House Institute) and a Construction Documents Technician (CDT). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service.
