Laura Spencer Humphrey has over a decade of experience leading programs and strategies to realize regional and organizational energy and environmental goals. Laura helps inform strategic planning with a deep understanding of the logistics that go into making implementation successful. She specializes in designing market transformation programs relating to energy efficiency, demand management, and beneficial electrification. As Senior Manager at ENGIE Impact, Laura supports utility and higher education clients to decarbonize. Before joining ENGIE Impact, Laura was part of the Commercial Energy team at ICF. There, she directed energy initiatives at the state, city, and utility service territory level. Laura holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. In 2019, she was recognized as an up-and-coming industry leader on Public Utility Fortnightly’s Under 40 list.
