This will be a roll-up-the-shirtsleeves work session focused on finding ways to engage the next generation of professionals and tradespeople in the high-performance building and renewable energy fields. Through brainstorming and guided discussion, we’ll explore this topic from a variety of angles to tackle how we, as a community, can potentially inspire, teach, guide, connect, launch, and welcome the next generation.
