Have a multifamily building as a project and don’t know how to start? We do! Multifamily buildings typically have really big holes, like in the envelope, the water use, the heating and hot water fuel usage, the common area electric use, and even tenant related things like comfort and health and safety problems. This all day classroom workshop will take everyone in the morning through the basics of multifamily analysis, and how to look at different types of multifamily buildings. For the afternoon session, we will bring together experts in various types of multifamily buildings to answer detailed questions on specific buildings, specific retrofits, and specific problems. This format was created at the request of last year’s participants to get more detailed help in their multifamily buildings.
