Using construction details we will explore the similarities and differences between stick frame and SIP construction. Topics will include insulation values, air sealing techniques, common pitfalls and more. We will review both commercial and residential structures as well as using SIPs in additions and retrofit applications. Attendees will leave the class with the comfortable knowledge of how to build with SIPs for their next project. This workshop will include a combination of Power Point and hands-on demonstration.
