Whole Business Relationships with our Community, Clients, Collaborators, and Team: Expectations, Commitments, Communication, Culture

The foundation of every enterprise is its ability to establish and sustain satisfying relationships with the full spectrum of people it engages and serves. In this workshop we will explore the nature of these relationships and the ways in which they are supported, the resources and attention they require, and how to effectively define, establish, communicate, and manage the breadth of roles and responsibilities whole businesses depend on. Participants will share in defining what matters to each constituency (community, clients, trades, team). From that foundation, we will explore sources of friction, strategies for success, & propose best practices for establishing and sustaining satisfying relationships for everyone.
