By integrating behavior, efficiency, and renewables this initiative demonstrates 70% or greater reductions in existing homes; a deep energy retrofit is not essential to this goal. Explore strategies and systems designed to consistently achieve optimal operational performance. Investigate opportunities to stage a deep reduction over a several year period. Evaluate different tools and processes that provide rapid feedback to benchmark progress.
