What have we learned from recent multifamily Passive House projects in New England, and how can we apply those lessons to our upcoming projects? How do we introduce Passive House principles to trades contractors who are new to high-performance building and get everyone "on the same page"? This presentation will provide an overview of an integrated team training process for Passive House projects, with a focus on multifamily buildings. We will introduce a recommended timeline for trades trainings, sample agendas for each training, and review how teams can use the Passive House Training Tool to keep everyone on the same page. Our goal is to empower each project team to develop their own in-house trainings specific to their project and provide them with the resources to effectively deliver that training to tradespeople who may have never done a Passive House project previously.
