Sustainable Comfort is a consulting, development, and property management firm with expertise in energy-efficient multifamily housing. SCI specializes in ENERGY Star homes, LEED for homes, Enterprise Green Communities, Passive House, HERS Rating, state incentive programs, and code compliance. We are a small group who believe that through better construction practice and management, we can help developers, architects, contractors, and residents achieve healthier, resilient, and sustainable multi-family buildings. Sustainable Delaware
Partnering with the Delaware chapters of the AIA, APA, Sea Grant, EPA, and state, county, and city offices, SD produces Delaware’s sustainability conferences. SD also sponsors professional meetings and speaking tours and administers sustainability grants from the National Endowment for the Arts (for Urban Design), the national EPA (for walkability), the National Trust for Historic Preservation (for embodied carbon research), and others. SD’s focus is strategies to achieve net zero GHG emissions including RE, technological efficiency and reuse/retrofits, low-carbon traditional materials, walkable green neighborhood design, nature-based demand-reduction, and social science-based well-being and sufficiency pathways.

Sustainable Energy Analytics is a service company centered on energy efficiency and resiliency in the residential new construction sector. Our current product set includes HERS Ratings, LEED Certifications, Phius Certifications and testing, energy code compliance/verification, Mass Save incentive program support, various energy, air, and resiliency certifications, building science consulting, HVAC equipment & building envelope testing, and premium energy audits. We offer our services primarily in eastern Massachusetts, with occasional projects in the New England region.
