Bill Foley is the Manager of Gas Decarbonization Technologies at National Grid within the Gas Business Unit. Bill leads a team of project managers responsible for developing and executing projects that help National Grid meet its aggressive decarbonization goals, including networked geothermal and hydrogen projects.
At National Grid, Bill was previously the Manager of Gas Project Development, leading a team of project managers responsible for early-stage engineering and development of complex gas infrastructure projects, including gas transmission, pressure regulation, and LNG projects. Prior to National Grid, Bill worked for EnerNOC, Inc., a Boston-based energy efficiency and demand response company focused on reducing overall demand and strain on the electric grid.
Bill holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Bentley University.
