05-04-17 BuildingEnergy NYC 17 Content Committee Meeting

The first Content Committee meeting for BuildingEnergy NYC 2017 will take place on May 4, and as an attendee of the first planning meeting in February, we'd like to invite you to join us. Should you choose to participate in the Content Comittee, here are the expectations:

• Attend 2-3 in-person afternoon meetings in May and June, 1 possible conference call  
• Review submitted proposals (about 6-12 per reviewer) and be prepared to provide recommendations on accepting or not accepting the proposed session
• Be a current NESEA member

Some members of the Content Committee will be asked to become session Champions, which involves shepherding an accepted proposal from the proposal stage, to a fully fledged session.

If participating on the Content Committee is too much of a time committment, we'd still like to have your input! We'll be organizing an Advisory Committee that will have a chance to weigh in on the first draft of accepted proposals, after the Content Committee's intitial review.
