With the advancement of cross laminated timber technologies and case studies popping up across the nation, this session will focus on local project teams that are currently diving into CLT as a building type. Teams will discuss the benefits of heavy timber as well as the lessons learned "so far" about what it takes to develop, design and construct CLT housing in Massachusetts.
