Building on the Hardhat Tour, Jason Jewhurst, FAIA, Partner, and Principal at Bruner/Cott Architects, will present on Yale University’s first net-positive graduate housing complex at Yale Divinity School. Jason will be joined by John Paul Mancuso, Assoc. Director of Projector Management/Central Yale University of Facilities & Planning and Jan Koch, Sr. Project Manager, Shawmut Design & Construction. The Living Village is designed to meet the rigorous performance standards of the Living Building Challenge, including regenerative design strategies to achieve net-positive performance for energy use, water consumption and reuse, and retention.

The Living Village will be the largest living-building residential complex on a university campus & is recognized as a key building project supporting Yale’s Sustainability Vision, Climate Action Plan, and Planetary Solutions Project.
