What *is* strategic thinking? It’s the ability to think ‘above the horizon,’ to look at the long view or the big picture. It is rooted in your vision for the company and is a very important part of being a business leader, a people leader, and a thought leader. Some people have an uncanny knack for it and others need to work at it. Either way, if you focus on it, it can be learned. We’ll watch a short video then apply it to your own work. Please bring three annual goals for your company and your short vision statement.
