We'll have a toast as this year's conference chairs pass the torch to our incoming chairs, Amritha Rajan and Tristan Grant, then turn the floor over to Roselin Osser for a special green building comedy set!

Roselin Osser, PE, BEMP, LEED AP BD+C, is a Senior Project Engineer with AKF’s Energy + Performance team. Combining her strong motivation to mitigate climate change with a passion for performing arts, she has achieved a distinctive dual career as both a classical singer and energy consultant for prominent East Coast projects. Known for engaging and humorous presentations on green building topics, in 2024 she received the Net Zero Hero award from BE+ in her hometown of Boston and sang as a soloist in NYC’s Carnegie Hall. Osser is thrilled to present her original green building standup comedy act to the NESEA community.
