This is an invitation-only breakfast for the 8 mentors and mentees participating in the pilot of NESEA’s new fellowship, which pairs emerging professionals with established members of our community. During the fellowship, participants are convened both 1:1 and as a full cohort for networking, community building, career advice, and goal setting. This breakfast is the first time the group will meet in person. Mentors will share strategies for making the most of the all that the conference has to offer.
