New Frameworks, a worker-owned cooperative design and construction company based in northern Vermont, is hiring a full time Business Manager!

Our ideal candidate has 5+ yrs experience in business management, familiarity with the construction industry, is a great multi-tasker, and can work independently. This key position in our management team will be responsible for financial reporting, HR, insurance, and marketing support. You are the glue that holds the company together!

The position is based in Burlington, Vermont, with multiple offices and jobsites in central/northern VT. There is opportunity for some remote work and flexible hours. Compensation is $25-30/hour depending on experience, plus paid time off, benefits, education, and profit sharing. As a worker-owned cooperative business, all members of our team have an ownership stake in the business.
