creative, enthusiastic architects and designers for socially and environmentally

projects.
We seek a creative, enthusiastic, and experienced Architect/Designer with 4-7 years’
experience in design firms to work closely with the Principal-In-Charge and PM/PAs to
assist in the design of K12 and civic projects and/or multi-family housing.

Minimum requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch degree; experience with housing and/or
educational/civic projects; proficiency in Revit; strong communication skills;
demonstrated experience producing design, presentation, and construction drawings;
some experience with consultant coordination; self-starter with ability to take direction
and collaborate with others; strong organizational skills; curiosity and eagerness to
learn.
Highly Desirable: MA architecture license or ARE exams currently underway;
experience with public design processes for educational and other civic projects;
construction administration experience; experience with high performance buildings;
LEED and/or PHIUS certification; commitment to AIA 2030.
