Bailey Davol Studio Build is looking for carpenters. The ideal candidate will have real world or classroom experience in residential/light commercial renovation. Responsibilities:
Work with a team
Be able to work with all aspects of the built environment
Be able to execute the following:
Framing decks, walls with door and window openings, roofs with common rafter and straight runs of stairs
Interior finish work, door and window installation with casings of varying complexity, kitchen cabinet installation, crown molding and baseboard, staircases treads and railings, and cabinet construction
Exterior finish work, installation of decking and railings door and window casings, trim and siding

Qualifications:
Time management skills: be able to plan your day and break down large projects into smaller tasks.
Goal setting: Maintain productivity and strong team morale
Priority setting: realistic deadlines and follow through.
Physical organization: Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite, and professional appearance.
Communication: (verbal and written) Articulate, listen, be open to suggestions and feedback
Attention to detail: Check for accuracy, take direction
