We seek applicants with experience and familiarity with certification standards and processes.  The position will entail modeling and certification of projects pursuing Passive House (generally Phius), LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes and Living Building Challenge.

Familiarity with WUFI Passive, is required and experience with ancillary building science assessments such as Thermal Bridge and hygrothermal modeling is preferred.  Candidates with experience using other modeling platforms such as EnergyPlus, Open studio, DesignBuilder, BeOpt, Ecotrope/HERS, eQuest, or IES VE will be favorably considered.

Additional experience with HVAC design, renewable energy and energy storage systems, envelope consulting, utility analysis, embodied carbon analysis, resilient systems  and Life-cycle assessment are also welcome.  Experience in sustainable architectural design and project management will also be considered useful skill-sets.
