Key Responsibilities

For Our Clients

  • Perform energy and decarbonization audits and assessments.
  • Provide conceptual designs and drawings.
  • Develop innovative approaches to design challenges.
  • Provide and/or oversee subcontractors to perform load analyses, energy modeling, trending and other evaluation studies.
  • Provide owner’s agent services from initial concept through bidding, installation and commissioning.
  • Facilitate cross-functional relationships with clients, outside vendors and incentive program providers.
  • Create reports that clearly and concisely convey findings and recommendations.

For RPM

  • Collaborate with RPM team to combine traditional thinking with creative approaches to decarbonize existing buildings.
  • Stay current on new technologies and procedures.
  • Devise and manage projects and budgets including subcontracted services.
  • Build relationships with vendors, installers, utility partners and others.
  • Support team learning opportunities.

Expertise in 50% or more of the following:

  • Building automation and control systems
  • Electrification requirements and systems
  • HVAC systems, all fuel types
  • Power quality and reliability improvements
  • Utility efficiency programs
  • CHP, geothermal, lighting and other systems
  • MA building codes

Qualifications

  • BS in engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • PE or CEM preferred but not required
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
