ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a seasoned System Administrator to maintain and administer our company's networked system of computers, servers & systems. This position will be dynamic and challenging and we are looking for the right individual that can think on their feet and embrace new challenges as they come along. 
The System Administrator will be responsible for the architectural development and deployment of ReVision's overall IT systems. You will plan projects, troubleshoot issues, and integrate a variety of different systems to create solutions to improve security and end-user experience. Schedules, installs, and tests system software upgrades. Configures software and resolves moderately difficult technical problems. Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements. Occasionally directs or provides hands-on support to other IT team members resolving difficult technical problems or other aspects of their work.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
Manage and support the integrity and the security of company devices and SaaS applications used by end users
Drive projects from inception to completion
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
Research and recommend innovative approaches to scale infrastructure and operations.

Requirements:

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology
6+ years of supporting a multi-site MS Active Directory and/or MS Premium Azure AD environment
Expert Experience with Windows Server roles and features such as DNS, ADFS, DFS, TCP/IP, LDAP, SNMP, SSH SFTP, NTFS Security, Print Server, IIS, RDS, and DHCP
Expert with enterprise storage solutions
Expert experience with Windows Server and Active Directory including Local and Group Policy, Security hardening, and Remediation
Extensive experience with PowerShell and/or other enterprise scripting toolkits
Write and deploy automation using common languages
Experience evaluating, testing, troubleshooting, deploying, and updating computer images and MDM profiles
Operational management experience of Network and TCP/IP routing/subnetting, SAN and NAS connectivity.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Ability to build strong partnerships with business partners, contractors and project teams
Deep understanding of MS Power Automation, SharePoint and Microsoft suite of applications
Experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
Prior work with AWS, Azure, and public clouds
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
