Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry and invoice coding for project budgets and tracking
- Run standard reports weekly
- Manage incoming calls and AURORA email inbox
- Organize and order office supplies
- Assist with standard HR paperwork and internal company announcements
- Work with team to outline standard office procudures
- Plan internal events (e.g. team lunches)
- Acts as liaison to outside help desk
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience in the construction field is a HUGE bonus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Flexible Schedule: 2 days per week, 7-8 hours per day
