Timeless Architecture
Mr. MacLean is an architect, educator, and licensed builder who began his career as a project manager with a number of large architectural firms in Boston before he started his own firm, Timeless Architecture, in 1988. He has been promoting and teaching green design for 35 years, beginning with the Boston Society for Architecture, where he served as co-chair of the Committee on the Environment (COTE), a sub-committee that promotes sustainable design in the New England Region. He has taught and developed ongoing curricula at the Boston Architectural College, Sustainable Design Institute, and Master’s program, as well as Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Town of Needham
The Building Design and Construction Department of the Town of Needham supports the Permanent Public Building Committee (PPBC). It helps advise and support the town manager on facility construction, planning, and operational needs. Town-owned building projects with a total cost of $500,000 or more that involves construction, reconstruction, enlargement, or alteration are assigned to PPBC to oversee unless the committee defers jurisdiction in the instance where a project includes little or no actual building construction.

Tree Nail is rooted in a motivation to build with a high level of craft and environmental consciousness. We have branched out to form a hardworking team of creative and conscientious problem solvers. The culture that sustains Tree Nail is a fertile cycle of collaboration among great people committed to great results. Our specialties are new homes, renovations, timber frames, and woodwork for the Adirondacks.

Trillium Architects Co-Operative, Inc.
We are a woman-owned and operated full-service, 12 person architecture firm. As of 2024 we are also a Co-operative. At Trillium, we design intelligent, highly energy efficient and sustainable architecture and endeavor to cultivate beauty and delight. We are trained in - and keep apprised of - cutting edge building enclosure deign, ventilation, carbon and energy. We believe in designing houses that you would be proud to leave your grandchildren - as unique as the people who occupy them and as beautiful as the natural world that surrounds them.
We also have a branch company called SEED Homes that specializes in small Net Zero Modular homes and we are currently working on developing affordable and sustainable multi family housing.
TruFund Financial Services
Our mission is to promote and foster economic development within underserved communities and among disadvantaged populations. TruFund achieves this by providing innovative financial solutions that have TruImpact, revitalize communities, and create jobs. As a nonprofit, mission-driven entity, TruFund offers affordable loan capital to small businesses and nonprofit organizations that are financially viable but have difficulty accessing capital from banks or other conventional lenders. TruFund was established in 2005 as a national nonprofit organization that advances economic opportunity for people, businesses, and communities in need.
Truth Box, Inc.
We are a small architecture firm specializing in sustainable, energy-efficient design. We believe that high-quality design and green building go hand-in-hand, and higher performance does not necessarily mean higher costs. We work on a variety of project types - new single-family homes, mill building renovations, new multi-family, and commercial buildings - and we particularly enjoy urban infill and re-purposing old buildings.
Two Storey Building
Two Storey Building, started by brothers Doug & Bill Storey in 2001 in Bolton, Massachusetts, is a custom builder of fine, energy efficient, high performance, healthy homes and remodeling projects, including whole house remodeling, kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling, home additions, sunrooms, and decks. Two Storey Building built the first Silver LEED-certified home in Massachusetts, many Energy Star Certified and Stretch Code certified homes, and Doug Storey has received the Certified Green Professional(CGP) designation from the NAHB. Doug, Bill, Mat, and Camden are all Licensed Construction Supervisors and have taken OSHA 10-hour safety classes as well as the RRP class.
