OneM Vision Development, Inc.

Oxbow Design Build Cooperative
Oxbow Design Build offers design and consultation services, the production of highly efficient structures, and environmentally sound renovations and restorations of existing buildings. In addition to working on structures, we design and fabricate custom furniture, built-ins, cabinetry, and displays. We use a variety of mediums, including hardwoods, plywood, metal, tile, and glass. Both residential and commercial clients are welcome. Oxbow Design Build is committed to a set of guiding principles that direct our business decisions and policies. We refer to these ideologies as ARCS, representing Aesthetics, Resiliency, Community, and Sustainability.

Pachano & Vollert is an architecture and design office based in New York and Massachusetts. P&V specializes in elevating the quality of people’s lives through architecture. We create spaces that inspire discovery. Our approach is simultaneously exploratory, technical, and responsive to each client and specific project’s needs and environment. It works to support the passive house industry and community in Maine, North America, and internationally. Vision: passivhausMAINE’s vision is for a more resilient and energy-independent Maine. Through training, education, and policy action, we support initiatives to build awareness for a Maine that operates on 100% renewable power. We seek to encourage passive house as the minimum building standard on the path towards 100% Net Zero, Net Positive, and fully regenerative buildings throughout the state.
Paul Lukez Architecture
Paul Lukez Architecture (PLA) was established in 1992 as a studio to combine a love of creative and sustainable design with a commitment to service. PLA has served a wide range of clients and designed a variety of distinctive works over its 30-plus years of existence. Given our design process and experience, we can work across large, medium, and small projects. In 2021, PLA founded PLASES – a studio focused exclusively on our growing portfolio of sustainable projects. The PLA staff comprises highly skilled, talented individuals whose enthusiasm and energy are matched only by their commitment to the highest quality design. People's Action For Clean Energy (PACE)
PACE is a public health and environmental organization formed in 1973 by concerned Connecticut citizens. Our mission is to transition Connecticut to clean energy through grassroots education and advocacy. Through our 100PercentCT Project, we are developing viable plans for individual towns to move to 100% renewable energy. PACE provides outreach and education on clean energy issues at public events, legislative hearings, and environmental forums. PACE is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
