Marc Sternick, the president of the company, has used his expertise to design and assist in the master planning of over a dozen affordable housing developments in addition to his work on single-family residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. Marc Sternick served on the NESEA Board of Directors as well as the NESEA Conference Chair in 2014. Marc is a Certified Passive House Consultant, designing and consulting on high-performance buildings for over 30 years. His firm designs homes, commercial, multifamily and municipal projects.
