Why didn't my registration go through?
The most common reason for an unsuccessful registration is a declined credit card transaction, usually because of a mismatch between the billing address as entered and the one associated with the card. Please double check the address you entered. Another frequent issue is internet browser problems. To fix this, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
I need to register more than one person from my company. What should I do?
Our online registration system can easily guide you through registering multiple people from your organization. If you need assistance, feel free to contact registration@nesea.org or call (413) 774-6051 ext. 19.
What is your refund policy?

What about NESEA Night & NESEA Awards?
The complexity of returning to an in-person conference this year made it too difficult to add NESEA Night to the mix. We will be having an enhanced Trade Show Reception with drinks, snacks, and live music. The 2022 NESEA Awards will be presented at a separate event this Fall. Stay tuned for more details.
