CPC Climate Capital, a subsidiary of the Community Preservation Corporation, is part of Climate United, a national coalition of three nonprofits that received $6.97 billion from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund to finance carbon-reduction projects nationwide. Of the money awarded to Climate United, CPC Climate Capital received $2.4 billion to execute Climate United's multifamily housing strategy.
