Historic Buildings, Modern Solutions: Decarbonization Strategies for Multifamily Landmarks
This session explores the decarbonization strategies of two landmark build-ings. Harlem River Houses, a public housing preservation project with lowrise walk-ups, is decentralizing its heating system and installing new heat pumps for heating and cooling. Three Arts, a supportive senior housing project, is being revitalized with a goal of EnerPHit certification from the Passive House Institute.
