When do I set up my table? |
Table top set up is scheduled WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2 FROM 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. All exhibitors must be set up for the VIP Reception scheduled for 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.. Come to the front entrance of the TKP New York Conference Center, located at 109 West 39th Street. |
Is there an exhibitor kit for this show? | There is not. This is a TABLE TOP show at a small conference center. There are only 50 tables on the show floor. Congratulations on making it on. Keep reading to find out more about your exhibiting experience. |
When do I break down my table? | Trade show floor breakdown occurs after the Closing Reception. |

Will I have access to an elevator? | You will have access to a passenger elevator, not to a freight elevator. If your display is bigger than what you can carry, you MUST CONTACT ZACH BITZER at zbitzer@nesea.org, NESEA will provide volunteers to help during move it. |
Is there a show hotel with discounted rates? |

What do I get for my exhibitor fees? |
Please remember this is a table top show (not a 10 x 10 booth show)

Will there be food? |
Yes. There will be coffee/tea/water service all day. There will be a light breakfast, sandwiches and salads for lunch, and a reception at the end of the day. We'll be using Between The Bread, the same caterers as last year. They serve excellent food. |
To what address should show materials be shipped? |
Please ship all items to the address provided below. Please note: ONLY UPS, FeEx and DHL can be used to ship. They are the only vendors allowed in the building. If you use another shipper, your materials will not be delivered. TKP Conference Center |
Is there additional information that should be included on the shipping label? |

Will there be shipping services available through the conference center? |
Unfortunately, there is no official shipping department at the conference center. Exhibitors are required to schedule pick-ups with approved carriers (UPS or FedEX) for the day directly after the event ends (Friday, November 4). Exhibitors must provide their own shipping labels. |
Is on-site storage available for show materials? |
There will be storage space for shipments that are scheduled for the exact next day - Friday, November 4. All other shipments are subject to fail. |
Am I allowed to attend conference sessions? |
Yes. The two company table staff receive one full conference pass with their registration. |
Are their free trade show passes available? |
No. BuildingEnergy NYC is limited to 700 attendees because of the size of the venue. There are no free trade show passes available for NYC, only our event in Boston. |
Will I have access to the Internet? |
There is WiFi available for free. There is hard wired service available for a fee. |
What is this VIP Reception? |
To offer more networking opportunity for our exhibitors, NESEA and The Danish CleanTech Hub will sponsor an invitation only VIP Reception (with great snacks, beer, and wine) the night before BuildingEnergy NYC. The event will be on the trade show floor from 5:30 - 7:30. |
