Experience

Knowledge of custom residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety. Must be an organized, detailed and quality-oriented site manager/superintendent with an efficient production mentality to manage several high-end custom residential projects from frame to finish. Must possess strong capability to manage and direct NEW construction team and all trades on site while staying on schedule and budget. Must be able to troubleshoot and solve problems while maintaining our high standards in quality control. Must be self-driven, hardworking, an excellent communicator and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Working Conditions

90% of time is spent working at job sites, both regionally and locally. Some driving is required. Valid driver’s license is required.

Requirements

Job requires the ability to perform tasks in all areas and aspects of construction and requires the capability to work on ladders/structures for heights up to 60 feet. The aptitude to work with tools and materials are essential along with the capacity to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs. for 50 feet is required.

Commensurate with experience. Neither Pioneer Millworks nor New Energy Works discriminate for all the right reasons, but we are partial to smart people with lots of common sense.
