Bensonwood, a design-build company, located in Walpole, NH, seeks an energetic entry level engineer to join the team. Bensonwood is a national leader and innovator in the design and building of timber frame, hybrid, and panelized homes as well as light commercial projects. Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting sales staff in initial investigations, project exploration, material/product specifications
• Developing 3D models for estimating and client presentations
• Communication with internal project teams including Building Systems, Timberframe, Project Management, Estimating, and Engineering
• Generating documentation for contracts including drawings, estimating, material takeoffs

Ideal candidate will have

• Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
• Information Modeling Computer Aided Design study or experience
• Construction experience preferred
• Spatial intelligence
