Take a break from the daily grind to get away and focus on your business.
Join us for a 2-day immersion into the essentials of running your own construction business. This workshop is specifically geared to owners who want to make their company more efficient, productive, and profitable. We will focus on how to understand your financials, what you need to be tracking, and how to measure success, with a focus on the Triple Bottom Line (People, Planet, and Prosperity). Develop your vision for the future and get ready to inspire your team!
Our time together will be interactive and geared to the specifics of your business, not just sitting staring at Powerpoint slides all day.
We keep the group limited to 15 companies to ensure that we can get to know each business over the course of the two days. It’s also a great opportunity for networking with and learning from your peers in a non-competitive environment.
You will go home with:
- A 2020 operating budget for your business and a target Gross Profit Margin
- A toolkit of templates for RFPs, change orders, pre-construction agreements, and owner selections
- A current organizational chart and 5 year organizational chart
- A matrix of 1-year and 5-year goals for the business
- A Resource Library of articles specifically curated for small construction business owners
