Tishman Speyer turned to Charlie and AKF to help create a training program to insure that their operating engineers and facility managers are up to date on the most recent developments in energy efficiency, grids and high performance buildings. This training was based around using a real time energy dashboard system installed across all assets at Tishman Speyer to provide their engineers a real time look at all energy consumption at their facilities and help manage demand response and peak demand issues. Facility engineers left the training with an enhanced understanding of using energy information to help inform capital planning decision at their properties.
