Colleen Chapin is a Preservation Manager at Historic New England, the oldest, largest and most comprehensive regional heritage organization in the United States. Within the organization, she is responsible for the preservation and maintenance of nine historic properties in the Metro Boston region. Colleen has overseen a variety of preservation projects since joining the organization in 2007, including the Lyman House Weatherization Project which demonstrated significant reductions in energy consumption with minimal impacts on historic fabric. This project received a Preservation Award from the Massachusetts Historical Commission.
